We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for a $5.99 return shipping fee unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Please note, returns are not accepted for the following items:

• Gift cards are not valid for return or refund. 
• All one-of-a-kind items (custom designs, etc.) are not valid for return or refund. 
• Pierced earring styles can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, and properly secured in the original box provided
  
• All purchases at a reduced price or with discount codes are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.

• To maintain the shine of your jewelry, gently clean it with a soft-bristled brush or cloth using warm water and detergent-free soap.
• Don’t use abrasive cleaners. 
• Stay away from chemicals, and avoid prolonged submersion in water. 

To ensure confidence in our high-quality products, we are pleased to offer a 1-year color warranty on all our jewelry titled with water-resistant. If your jewelry loses its color within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement or a similar item of equal value and style if the original product is discontinued.
