Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Wonderful World Design! We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Domestic Shipping Estimates & Rates
We provide fast and reliable shipping across the United States. All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays.

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing and delivery during peak holiday periods.
Order totals for "Free Shipping" are calculated after any discounts or coupons are applied.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Processing Time: All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and packing before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Ship-From Location: While our headquarters is in Wyoming, all physical orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse in Utah. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and process returns efficiently.
3. Ship-to Address Constraints
P.O. Boxes: We are happy to deliver to P.O. Box addresses using our standard shipping methods. Express shipping may require a physical street address.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military addresses at this time.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a secondary email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS).
5. Ship-From vs. Return-To Addresses (Privacy)
For your privacy and the protection of our physical fulfillment facility, our address will never appear on any customer-facing labels or documentation.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Wonderful World Design is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer support team directly at support@wonderfulworlddesign.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
