Can I amend or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
- Standard shipping is $7.95 (free over $100) and takes 2–8 business days.
- Express shipping is optional for $15 and typically arrives in 1–5 business days.

WARRANTY & CARE
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place and clean gently with a soft polishing cloth.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All pieces are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from improper use, accidents, or normal wear is not covered.
